Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a detailed admissions marketing action plan.
- With consistent contact, build strong relationships with client referral sources.
- Assessment of potential residents and understanding their family core values.
- Securing (closing) residency agreements to achieve monthly admission goals.
- Assist in resolving issues related to the admission process.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience.
- Education training specializing in behavioral health care.
- Able to travel to hospitals, nursing facilities, physician offices, family home sites and other market venues.
- A valid drivers license and safe driving record.
- A responsible personal background commensurate with client expectations.
