Fast growing Tech Company servicing the real estate industry is looking for an SaaS Salesperson who will work full time in house doing sales and customer service. We are looking for a bright and eager individual who will develop and service a pipeline of clients. Your main responsibilities include generating a new book of business, creating new/maintaining current relationships, and providing customer service to our existing clients. Our ideal candidate is someone who loves sales and is not afraid of building new relationships and getting new clients. Ultimately, you will ensure our company’s sales efforts help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals. Candidate must be looking for a career, and not a job.
** This position is NOT remote ** Responsibilities
- 70% of the job is Cold Calling
- 30% of the job is follow-up
- Identify and analyze competitors
- Research and identify clients who may benefit from our services
- Make sales calls to new potential clients
- Maintain a steady pipeline of new clients
- Keep an organized database of new and existing clients
- Set up telephone/zoom meetings
- Any additional duties as assigned

- Proven work experience in sales and customer service
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team Player Attitude
- Bachelor’s Degree (MUST)
