Full-Time Position with a 2nd Generation family-owned and operated RV Repair facility. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years experience, preferably in the RV industry. We are seeking experienced service technicians that can perform repairs and maintenance on the interior and exterior of an RV. We offer competitive and hourly wages.

The ideal candidate should be able to;

• Explain proper operation of vehicle systems to customers.
• Confer with customers, read work orders, and examine vehicles needing repair to determine the nature and extent of damage.
• Examine and/or test operation of parts or systems to ensure completeness of repairs.

• Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must have your own tools
• Valid Drivers License
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well with others
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow environmental health and safety guidelines

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine RV maintenance.
• Work independently or with other technicians to service or repair all elements of recreational vehicles.
• Examine, troubleshoot, and diagnose RVs needing repair and/or maintenance.
• Mainly RV coach work: repair or replace electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, awnings, roofs, interiors, solar and satellite systems, etc.
• Some standard work (generator maintenance, brakes, electrical, brake packs, etc.).
• Move/drive vehicles to be repaired.
• Keep accurate records on repair orders for work done.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Will be required to do frequent kneeling, stooping, squatting, crawling and climbing to perform multiple tasks of position.
• Must have good manual dexterity

Required to perform work inside and outside, in all-weather situations

Desired:

RV tech experience for interior/exterior of coach.

Handyman skills a plus.

Familiarity with warranty processes a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
