Job description
The Archer Developer will support the customer's implementation of the RSA Archer SGRC tool.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Develop enhancements of the RSA Archer system specific for the customer to accommodate business requirements and/or design changes
- Review and develop test cases to verify enhancement and defect fixes are working as expected
- Support the installation, upgrade, and management of the RSA Archer system
- Troubleshoot data feed integration, stakeholder notification, reporting requirements, and other issues reported by system users as part of Tier-2 support for the RSA Archer system
- Provide extensive knowledge of RSA Archer. Support the creation and update of technical and user documentation for the system. Provide input for reports to customer's management about the state of the RSA Archer system.
- Assist customer in their migration from their previous SGRC tool to RSA Archer
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant Archer/GRC experience.
Education Requirement:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
Certification Requirement: Industry standard cybersecurity certification, e.g. CCSP, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, CISSP.
Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
