Position Description:
Epic Asset Management, we are hiring for our Corporate Resource Specialist which is an exciting hybrid position that includes both on-site and corporate level work. Our Corporate Resource Team serves the entire Epic portfolio in the Greater Puget Sound Region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Corporate Resource Specialist will be a part of the CRM Team, providing leasing and marketing coverage at Epic Properties. The CRS position requires a strong knowledge of all Epic Assets products as well as the ability to learn and adapt quickly. Corporate Resource Specialists are expected to implement Epic Assets policies and procedures as well as all leasing and implementation goals.

Completing leasing duties

Completing marketing duties

Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants, vendors, and representatives of other communities

Able to travel to different assets as needed to support coverage needs

Maintain accurate mileage and expense report for reimbursement

Attend weekly CRS team meetings

Complete daily and/or weekly reporting

Help maintain the property database that includes all up-to-date property information

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Sales experience

Marketing experience

Customer service experience

Strong interpersonal skills

Able to work independently and in group settings

Professional image by following dress code and appearance standards as set forth by the community

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Publisher) and Adobe.

Reliable transportation

Excellent telephone and communication skills.

Positive, upbeat attitude

Ability to multitask

Physical Requirements:
Job requires associates to move about the property to give tours to future residents and provide current residents with notices. Some light lifting is required.
