What you will do:

The Route Driver's duties will include loading and unloading trucks for the Tillamook County Creamery Farm Store.

Here’s a day in the life:

• Operates truck in a safe manner, and maintains equipment
• Must run the Point-of-Sale system and be able to process and create orders for delivery and transfers
• Will need to develop a working knowledge of the products sold at the Farm store
• Loads and unloads freight trucks
• Stages and pulls orders for delivery
• Maintains a clean truck and alert management of a potential mechanical problem
• Watches inventory, alerting sale and management of order points
• Maintains all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programs

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Must have a good general knowledge of DOT regulations and a good driving record
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors and the general public
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Must be a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels of the company
• Licenses and/or Certifications: CDL Class B Oregon Driver’s License is required
