I. Job Summary

Primarily responsible for the daily cleaning suites to Carillon Miami Wellness Resort standard of cleanliness.

II. Essential Job Functions

A. Performs daily cleaning of assigned rooms.

B. Changing of bed lined while ensuring linen is fresh and stain free.

C. Replacing towels according to Carillon Miami Wellness Resort water conservation policy and ensuring new towels are fresh and stain free.

D. Cleaning bathroom using the appropriate chemicals in a safe manner.

E. Vacuuming all aspects of the room to include corners, edges, and furniture.

F. Mopping floors to include the bathrooms and kitchens.

G. Dusting high and low areas of the room.

H. Cleaning kitchen areas, which include appliances and maintaining cleanliness of dishware inventory (including plates, silver wares, glasses, cups, etc.)

I. Replenishing up-to-date magazines and other amenities then displaying them in the proper manner.

J. Stocking and cleaning the Housekeeper cart and storeroom.

K. Ensure all guest’s requests are met.

L. Prioritizes workload according to guest request, arrivals, and departures.

M. Must be able to clean guest rooms according to Carillon Miami standards.

N. General cleaning duties as outlined on the training checklist.

O. Removing and changing all linen. The mattress and duvet must be checked for stains and/or damage. If there is stains and/or damage, the items must be replaced.

P. Check of and report all Engineering items to a Room Supervisor.

Q. Check the shower glass door.

R. Scrub and remove soap scum build up from the shower.

S. Inspect balcony furniture and report damage or work to Room Supervisor.

T. Reports and documents any observed or known safety hazards, conditions or unsafe practices and procedures to management immediately.

U. Suite Attendants are required to attend a chemical safety class with loss prevention department within the first six-months of employment.

V. Suite attendant are to inform their supervisors/managers when in need of supplies and/or equipment to perform their job.

W. Suite attendant will greet and smile and greet at guests and staff as they cross the Housekeeper’s path.

X. Suite attendant must be courteous, kind, and friendly to all guests and staff that they encounter.

Y. Suite attendant must act in a professional manner at all times while at work.

Z. Must be able to communicate in Basic English with the guest and managers.

AA. Performs other job-related duties as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
