The Preston Health Center at The Cypress Club of Hilton Head is a five-star, 62-bed health center providing services that include rehab, short term and long term stays and memory support.

Full-Time, Part-time, and PRN (as needed) AVAIALBLE
DAY AND NIGHT SHIFTS: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM & 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
12 Hour Shifts - Flexibility is preferred.

A typical day looks like…

• Receives and transcribes physician orders.
• Checks, administers and records medications and treatments appropriately. Keeps narcotic record and medication records up to date.
• Admits and orients new residents.
• Supervises and assigns duties to nursing assistants.
• Monitor resident safety issues at all times.
• Documents in the medical records as per policy and regulation.
• Responds to emergency pull cord calls in apartments and prepares reports.
• Completes direct resident care.
• Administers intravenous medications per facility policy.
• Assesses resident’s condition and needs. Notifies doctor and family of condition changes.
• Takes appropriate precautions to avoid job related injuries and complies with injury reporting guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

You’re a good fit if…

• You have an active South Carolina Registered Nurse license or compact license.
• You have relevant degrees from accredited colleges/program.
• You possess education, training, and/or experience in one of the following: rehabilitative nursing, geriatric nursing and/or psychosocial nursing.
• Are knowledgeable about all DHEC, CMS, and other agency requirements.
• Successful completion of a criminal background and drug screen.
• Ability to communicate with, understand, empathize with, work with and be tolerant of residents, families, visitors, peers, and subordinates.

Pay: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour
