What you will do to achieve success:

• Lead with a Safety-First approach to all work
• Hire, train, develop and retain the best workforce in the region
• Manage day-to-day operations of the plant, maximizing production in the most cost-effective manner
• Manage facility P&L, payroll, and expenses
• Ensure all profit and productivity goals are met
• Create and communicate daily and weekly production schedules
• Maintain appropriate PM schedule for plant equipment
• Maintain proper inventories and manage scrap tire process
• Adhere to Michelin Retread Technologies (MRT) process to ensure compliance
• Implement and adhere to quality control standards
• Generate production reports using variety of systems and communicate results (BibTread, ADaM, and others)
• Maintain accurate records of team members’ production certifications
• Ensure all team members follow strict safety protocol, including proper PPE
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
