Retail Sales Associate

Team Associate

M-Pak Tactical is a retail store that services tactical gear for local, state and federal agencies. This includes uniforms, duty gear, body armor and specialty equipment. We are looking for a results-driven sales representative.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Product demonstrations and sales to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members.
• Supply management with feedback on prospecting needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Continuously improve through feedback.

Skills

• Proven work experience as a sales representative in the industry.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to build productive professional business relationships.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver value proposals tailored to the department’s needs.

Experience Preferred

• Law Enforcement or First Responder background
• Military/ Veteran
• Tactical industry experience
• Retail sales/ Outside sales
