Job Description

Reviews, monitors, researches and analyzes potential loss issues related to customer accounts for retail branches. Identifies valid and fraudulent charges, sets up fraud files, and reconciles and resolves fraud losses. Communicates with customers and/or bankers to notify of inquiries or problem resolution. Reports currency transactions, Regulation D violations, returned deposit items, new account reviews, miscellaneous losses and account fraud issues.
