We are hiring a manager for our fantastic Dubuque DaaBIN Store location! We need outgoing and energetic applicants with STRONG leadership skills for this location. We have multiple DaaBIN Store locations throughout Iowa, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Missouri, Virginia, and North Carolina.

Here's what we can tell you:

• It’s a 5-day workweek that WILL involve Saturdays and Sundays. We are closed Thursdays and Fridays. You would be REQUIRED to work 3 weekends a month.

• You will get to play an important part in marketing and advertising through local media as well as social media.
• You will help with promotions and oversee customer service.
• You will handle employee scheduling.
• The store manager will be responsible for accurate accounting and daily deposits.
• You will also assist HR with employees, recruiting, retention, and other employee management as needed.
• This does involve weekend work but no travel.

This is a full-time, salaried position with pay based on experience. Retail and management experience is preferred but not required. You need to have a basic understanding of POS systems and the Microsoft office suite.
