Reporting to the Store Manager, the Retail Associate assists the Store Manager with operating the effective and profitable operation of the store.

- Update signage and store displays on a regular basis for accuracy.
- Rotate stock regularly and organize merchandise to maximize sales.
- Operate the store to maximize product on the sales floor.
- Responds to backdoor donation drop off.
- Assist customers with retrieving donations from vehicle upon request.
