What will you do?
  • This location will be located in the park.
  • Keep a fun upbeat attitude and create a unique customer experience. Be solution oriented and find fun creative ways to achieve sales goals. As a Key Holder you are expected to be a team player and provide a positive attitude on the sales floor. You will report to the assistant store manager and store manager.
  • Greet customers in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Actively work on the sales floor while providing excellent customer service and maintaining visual standards.
  • Adhere to and execute opening and store closing processes and procedures.
  • Be proactive.
  • Be punctual.
  • Meet and exceed pre-established sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with cash control procedures including bank deposits and safe funds.
  • Adhere to inventory management and loss prevention procedures and standards.
  • Ensure a neat, clean, organized, and well stocked work area.
  • Process and receive incoming shipping
  • Assess in-store stock levels and communicate low inventory levels to retail manager daily
  • Uphold Havaianas dress code guidelines and consistently demonstrate a polished and professional appearance.
  • Comply with companies’ policies and procedures
  • Ability to effectively maneuver around the store and backroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, squatting and climbing.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned to the role.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
  • Pop-up locations: Require employees to work outdoors

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a supervisory capacity. (Retail experience is a PLUS)
  • Excellent organizational skills allowing the ability to be resourceful, and problem solve effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable to change
  • Proficient in basic computer operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including morning, mid, evening, weekends, and holiday shifts as business dictates.
  • High School Diploma
