Job description

Due to being an emergency services company, we need our field supervisor to reside within 30 miles of our warehouse in Laguna hills, California. As a Restoration Field Supervisor, you are responsible for day-to-day field operations. Working with the Project Manager, you create the project schedule and ensure they come in on time and within budget. You efficiently coordinate technicians, daily labor, and material needs and work hard to ensure the quality of work being performed is up to industry, and owner standards. You hold your crew accountable.

You maintain a daily log of conditions, activities, communications, and notable events. As the onsite management, you communicate with the Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and owner informing them of current project conditions. You also verify and approve work progress and completion. By ensuring a daily job site safety meeting has been conducted, you maintain attention to the safety and protection of property and workers.

QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE

• 2+ years working as a Field Supervisor in water & fire damage/mold/sewage
• 3+ years working in Restoration Services industry
• Monday-Friday and on-call schedule after hours
• Ability to execute quality control/assurance
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal code requirements
• Knowledge of inspection requirements
• Clean driving record
• Mica and Dash or similar software experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
