JOB SUMMARY FOR GM: As a General Manager you will be responsible for all restaurant operations in a single restaurant. You will hire, train and develop your workstaff. You will assist with budgeting and local marketing to assist you building your store sales. The position reports to the District Manager and oversees 30+ staff.

JOB SUMMARY FOR RM: As a Restaurant Manager you will help provide leadership to your employees in all aspects of each shift worked in a single restaurant. The position reports to the General Manager and may supervise up to 20+ employees per shift with direct responsibility for all operations during your shift.

SKILLS NEEDED: Overall knowledge of restaurant operations, excellent customer service, ability to lead and supervise staff, good communication skills, marketing, budget & sales, good people skills, cooking skills a plus.
