Our Expectations
- Start every day on time, ready to work with heart, body and mind in the right place for a successful day.
- Review jobs with field manager, load job and be on the road 30 minutes from start at the warehouse.
- Arrive on worksite looking like a pro, meet the homeowner and conduct walk through to review job expectations prior to starting work.
- Run a disciplined, safe, clean and efficient job site keeping you and your assistant(s) protected from fall, glass, electrical, chemical and other jobsite hazards.
- Stay in sync with homeowner throughout the service delivering an excellent product along with excellent homeowner experience.
- Educate homeowner on their new products and conduct completion paperwork after successful completion of jobs.
- Daily communication with field manager and office support on job progress, challenges or issues, so we can react as a team.
- Be an overall positive leader living our values and successfully executing the mission.

Job Requirements Service Work
- Run window and door service appointments.
- Determine warranty coverage and cost repairs.
- Find solutions to problems and order materials when necessary.
- Keep accurate paperwork and turn in a timely fashion.
- Install windows and doors without assistance.
- Products we service:
· Vinyl, wood, fiberglass windows
· IGU’s
· Interior and Exterior Doors
· Gutters
Job Requirements Critical Measures
- Meet with homeowners that have recently purchased windows and doors.
- Review paperwork from the sales and ensure that what was purchased is what the customer is expecting.
- Measure all units to be replaced and compare measures from the sales representative (accuracy is imperative for this position).
- Determine the correct installation method, take pictures and take accurate notes.
- Turn critical measure paperwork in a timely manner to windows team.
- Communicate any changes to the installation method and/or pricing after the critical measure to the sales representative and the windows team.
- Be comfortable using computer and software that is required to complete appointments and accurate note keeping.
- Communication is a key factor in this role. Must have daily communication with windows manager and foreman.
Physical Requirements:
- 75% or more of day spent standing, walking, crawling, crouching, stooping, kneeling, lifting and operating tools.
- Ability to lift 75-100 or more pounds multiple times a day.
- Comfortable working in extreme environmental conditions including but not limited to: Wet and humid weather, extreme cold and heat. Working consistently with power tools, working on a ladder and/or roof, working around electrical power tools, working around particles and fumes. Proper PPE worn at all times.
- Independent worker that can work with minimal supervision.
The Juice
- Hourly rates $32.00-37.00 & Overtime
- Additional compensation opportunities include referrals, add-ons, cool install pics, contests and annual team bonuses

- Annual performance reviews. First performance review after 90 days employment.
- Paid time off- Team members will accrue 56 hours of PTO in their first year. Accrual rate increases to 80 hours at 1st anniversary.

Pay: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour
