PART TIME AND FULL TIME AVAILABLE! WEEKENDS REQUIRED!

Base pay starts at $19/hr. +$2/hr additional for weekend shifts. +$1/hr additional for night shift.

The Resident Advisor - Night Shift performs a variety of professional direct care and technical duties including:

• Be alert and present throughout the entirety of your shift.
• Be a support for any resident or staff who may need you.
• Provide a safe and caring environment for our residents.
• Maintain a clean residence.
• Remain flexible in meeting the scheduling needs of the program and individual residents.

Qualifications, Experience and Training

• High school diploma or GED equivalency; preferably supplemented by college level coursework in Social work, Education, Recreational Therapy, or other related area;
• Minimum 6 months experience in mental health, residential treatment, psychiatric care, or equivalent, required;
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work;
• Must be at least 21 years old;
• Possess valid state issued driver’s license;
• Ability to pass an Idaho Department of Health and Welfare background check and TB screening;
• Obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 60 days of hire and maintain certification throughout employment.
