$200 sign on bonus after 30 days of employment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- All employees are required to assist any customer or potential customer in a prompt, courteous, friendly, and helpful manner at all times.
- Answers phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
- Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests, shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions.
- Makes, confirms and cancels reservations, usually over telephone, email, fax or other reservation system.
- Communicates with groups and travel agents to answer special requests for rooms and rates.
- Understands and complies with Company’s established front office operating procedures
- Keeps records of room availability, rates, etc.
- Performs duties as a Sales assistant that pertain to group reservations.
- May prepare and mail advance brochures to prospective customers.
- Composes and types routine correspondence.
- Files correspondence and other records.
- Answers telephone and gives information to callers or routes to appropriate official and places outgoing calls.
- Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business and presents visitors to appropriate person.
- Performs general clerical duties and fills-in on front desk as needed.
- Must be available to work some weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
