The Opportunity

We are seeking the perfect candidate to join our Reservations team at Save on Branson! A Reservationist plays a key role in the guest experience and works closely with other departments such as Customer Service, Sales and Welcome Center operations to ensure all reservations are made in a timely manner.

The Reservationist will provide booking and reservation services to customers such as lodging accommodations, plus show and attraction tickets. This is a fun and fast-paced job with the best technology and tools available in the industry to make the guest experience the greatest. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and exceptional customer service skills.

Primary Responsibilities

• Process reservations that come through our online reservations system

• Verify schedules that work within the time allotment for the guest and company

• Answer incoming Customer Service calls and make reservations for guests that are calling in to purchase tickets to Branson shows and attractions

• Make changes and adjustments as needed to reservations that have already been made

• Make thorough notes to input into the order of a guest that has possibly changed their reservation in any way

• Upselling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages

• Booking direct reservations into various ticket vendor portals

• Outbound calls to vendors to make guest reservations with box offices around the Branson area

Secondary Responsibilities

• Customer Service assistance by answering incoming calls or making outbound calls when needed

• Processing customer paperwork as needed

Requirements and Skills Needed

• Strong customer service skills

• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate various systems

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure at times in a fast paced environment

• Familiarity with Branson shows, attractions and lodging partners is preferred

• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
