    About the Position
    This position is assigned to the Student Learning Division, located in the Educational Services Center in Lynnwood. The Manager of Standards, Assessment, and Research oversees the development and implementation of the District's K-12 curriculum. This position increases assessment and data literacy by implementing equitable assessment and data collection practices. This position provides technical expertise and professional development for building administrators/staff to support School Improvement Plans. Additionally, this position monitors state/school district accountability targets under federal and state mandates.

    Required Qualifications:
    Graduate level degree in Education, Administration or a related field.
    Program Administer or principal certification required ( or ability to start an approved program and/or aquire within 1 year)

    Preferred Qualifications:
    1-2 years of work experience in K-12 education and/or Career and Technical Education or industry

    2022-23 Level II Manager's Salary : $156,923 - $160,124 per year, depending on education credits
