Responsibilities:
- Technical Assistance: Provide support during the verification and validation of new equipment and processes, assisting the R&D group in their testing and evaluation efforts.
- Protocols and Reports: Develop protocols and reports to document and support R&D activities, ensuring accurate and comprehensive data collection.
- Equipment Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to new tooling and equipment, working closely with the R&D group to maintain efficient operations.
- Training and Support: Train manufacturing personnel on new equipment and processes, ensuring their proper implementation and adherence to quality standards.
- Non-Conformity Reduction: Provide assistance to manufacturing in reducing non-conformities and take responsibility for non-conformity disposition.
- Compliance and Standards: Adhere to Teleflex's Code of Ethics, company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Five years of experience in technical support or a related field
Experience with equipment setup, debugging, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of statistical process controls
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
At least three years of medical device manufacturing experience (extrusion, molding, tipping)
