Job Responsibilities and Performance Standards:
Batch ProcessingUpdate various return mail notifications
Update customer account profiles
Perform Research as applicable.Research account information when needed
Utilize training material and other resources provided
Maintains a consistent, high quality, customer?focused orientation. Communicates with all Agency personnel and customers professionally when conducting business and providing services.
Collaborates and confers with team members to resolve problems quickly.
Provide support for team when needed. Assist other back office non? phone duties when needed.
