Region Ten’s Town Creek Assisted Living Facility in Lovingston, VA is seeking a Nurse Coordinator. Incumbent will provide daily supervision and oversight to all medication aides and direct care staff regarding all aspects of their job duties. Position will conduct medication chart audits, review record keeping and provide input for ongoing policy revision and development. Knowledge of substance abuse and serious mental illness and related medical issues, psychopharmacology and medication side effects is essential for success. Must be a graduate of an accredited program and be licensed as an RN or LPN in Virginia. Valid Virginia driver’s license and acceptable driving record is required. Starting salary of $55,419.94 annually. Negotiable.
