We are looking for dynamic, energetic Customer Service Representatives to join our team. If you enjoy assisting people, using technology and providing top notch quality customer service to callers, we would love to talk to you!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• 
  Work from home
• $15.00 hourly
• Full-time with benefits
• Responding to daily customer requests via voice, email and chat.
• Documenting and notating actions taken and interactions with callers.
• Identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
• Following up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

ABOUT YOU:

• 
  High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate or equivalent relevant work experience desired.
• Previous legal/billing/customer service/bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lift and/or move 20 pounds with or without accommodation.
