Bring us your "A" game! Rebound Physical Therapy is actively seeking an energetic, reliable, and welcoming person for our front desk Patient Services Representative position. The right candidate must possess excellent communication skills, ability to work well in a team setting, have very high professional ethics and be vigilent in acknowledging patients. Duties include meeting and greeting our patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, faxing, filing, answering and handling questions, routing calls to the correct service area, coordinating with therapy staff and various other administrative duties. Our PSRs are professional in appearance and put patient care first before other duties. Patients should be greeted immediately upon entering the building and assisted in rescheduling and checking out without waiting to be acknowledged. Hours are M-F, Full Time. Salary is based upon experience with benefits included.
