Linda Valley Care Center, an 83-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in Loma Linda, California, seeks an experienced RN Supervisor.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary purpose of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to multitask and perform efficiently under tight deadlines
• Strong Leadership Skills & ability to coach and direct staff to obtain desired outcome
• Team Player who is professional and conducts oneself in an exemplary manner
• Must be have a current Nursing License (RN) in good standing
• All required certification must be up to date
