Responsibilities of RN Unit Manager:

• Leads and oversees one of our skilled nursing units
• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by all nursing personnel in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility
• Maintains the highest degree of quality care at all times and provides direct nursing care as needed
• Responsible for the facility and its management when the Administrator, DON, or ADON is not present
• Performs a range of duties including maintaining the department, setting long-term goals, and overseeing record-keeping processes

Qualifications for RN Unit Manager:

• Valid South Carolina RN license

RN Unit Manager may start as early as NEXT WEEK!
