RN - SIGNING BONUS $$$7500.00$$$ Full Time RN, Registered Nurse

RN - Registered Nurse - This center is accepting applications for an exceptional Nurse. Our center has a variety of complex clinical comorbidities. For the clinician who enjoys the challenges of post-acute care, we have a Medicare unit, a short stay unit that provides great clinical outcomes in partnership with our therapy department, and our small long-term care unit. SIGNING BONUS OFFERED $7500 for Full Time Employment

• 8 hour Day, Eve, or NOC
• 12 hour Night
• 8 or 12 hour part time or PRN
• Weekend double

RN (Registered Nurse) Responsibilities:

· Charge nurse on the care unit

· Serve as a resource to our CNA’s by effectively supervising and providing guidance for them to provide the highest level of care possible

· Complete initial and on-going assessments

· Support individual care plans and coordinate care for our aging and vulnerable population

· Monitor resident behaviors, update care plan if necessary and provide documentation of all behaviors and interventions

· Work with interdisciplinary team to optimize resident function and quality of care

· Be an active member of an outstanding team!

RN (Registered Nurse) Skills

· Proven experience in a similar role

· Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team

· Familiarity with health, safety and sanitation standards and procedures

· Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Compassionate and able to handle stress

RN (Registered Nurse) Requirements:

• Current RN license in Washington State or ability to obtain
• Compassionate, kind and positive approach to care
• COVID 19 Vaccine or valid exemption per WA Mandate
• Ability to work well with others and contribute to an overall atmosphere of team spirit
