The Critical Care department is looking for an RN to join their team. This is a casual, varied position, no guaranteed hours per week and is eligible for a 13% pay differential in lieu of benefits. This position is represented by the ONA.

Location:
The hospital-assigned Registered Nurse assesses, analyzes, plans, implements and evaluates patient care following established patient care standards for MCMC including those for patient assessment and transfer.
Qualifications:- Education:
- Graduated from accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred; Oregon RN license
- BLS required
- Licensure/Certification:
- Critical Care/TELE: ACLS required, TNCC within one year of hire for primary ICU RN, CCRN preferred
- Current applicable Oregon RN license required.
- Experience:
- Six months nursing experience or successful completion of nursing internship program preferred.
- Additional clinical experience requirements may vary dependent upon the specific department in which the position is utilized.
- Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- Experience with using every day technology tools (e.g, email, Microsoft Office, voicemail, internet/intranet to access, organize and store job-related information.
