A renowned senior healthcare provider in Connecticut is searching for a Registered Nurse to join its growing team. Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional nursing care to behavioral health, Alzheimer’s, and dementia patients.
- Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Develop care plans that meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of the patients and families.
- Document care provided and the patient’s response to treatment.
- Administer medications as directed.
Qualifications:
- An ASN is required, and a BSN is preferred.
- Active RN license.
- Prior experience in behavioral health nursing is preferred.
