KDC EXPANISON IS NEARING COMPLETION AND WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST to add to our amazing team! Are you an energetic CT state licensed dental hygienist who enjoys providing the optimal experience for your patients? Then this is a great fit for you. We are searching for a clinician who can provide gold-standard periodontal care while providing an exceptional patient experience. This is a gratifying position where you will be well trained and be part of an organized practice that strives for the best. Our Registered Dental Hygienist Responsibilities Include:

• Take and evaluate digital X-rays
• Sterilize dental instruments and tools
• Provide an array of services such as sealants, desensitizing agents, SRP
• Collect medical and dental histories from patients
• Instruct patients of all ages on proper dental hygiene and care
• Chart dental conditions based on dentist's observations and evaluations

Our Registered Dental Hygienist Requirements Include:

• Current state license required
• Certified to administer local anesthetic
• Experience working with children and geriatrics preferred
• Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene required (Bachelor's preferred)
• Availability to work Monday’s 8-5, Tuesday's 10-7, select Friday’s & Saturday's 8-2
• Understanding and knowledge of dental insurance, HIPAA, consents, etc.
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Current CPR, OSHA, and Infection Control Certifications

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $44.00 - $47.00 per hour
