What you do at 7D:
- Enjoy an exciting workday with like minded individuals!
- Implement 1:1 ABA treatment programs to individuals primarily in a center-based setting
- Collect treatment data on company issued tablet, complete session notes daily
- Participate in monthly patient team meetings
- Collaborate with team members and maintain ongoing communication
- Participate in introductory and ongoing training programs that provide instruction in ABA and other methodologies applicable to the patient population

- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, climb stairs, address challenging behaviors (e.g. running after a patient, moving out of the way rapidly, etc.) as well as engage in play activities on the floor with small children

What you need for a seat at the table:
- 18+ years of age
- High School graduate, college degree preferred
- Experience working with individuals with differing abilities preferred
- ABA background preferred, experience with PRT a plus!
- RBT 40 hour training course completion with RBT certification, preferred prior to start date
