Extended stay hotel brand is currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager for their expanding portfolio of extended stay hotels. This regional position currently involves properties in Quantico and Fredericksburg, Alexandria/Fort Belvoir VA. and a new location under construction and opening soon in Suffolk VA

The brand boasts features designed for guests who need accommodations for an extended period of time, offering full kitchens, high speed internet access and separate living and sleeping accommodations.

Great relationship skills are a must for this position. This position is an excellent opportunity to lead the sales and marketing efforts of these properties in addition to partnering with the property managers to assist with operations when required.

The position involves prospecting for new business, making sales calls, maintaining existing business relationships, building new relationships as well as community involvement and growing hotel revenues. This position would also be involved in creating as well as implementing online strategies including third party booking sites. In addition, this position will work in partnership with the property managers for staffing as well as other daily operations functions some overnight travel required.

Requirements: Must possess a valid drivers license, have reliable transportation, ability to work flexible hours. hotel and or hotel sales experience a must, knowledge of local markets and key local decision makers is a plus, 2 years of sales experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
