Regional Parts and Service Representative
Job description
Pay range- $65,000 + per year DOE
We are currently accepting resumes for a Regional Parts and Service Representative for the Southern Califonria Region. This is a Full-Time position that requires a hardworking, dependable and reliable individual.
Description: The Regional Parts and Service Representative is responsible for selling parts, service and aftermarket solutions to customers and potential customers in their designated region.
Duties:
- Prospect designated territory for new customers
- Call on customers via phone and prospect by vehicle
- Conduct professional needs analysis and sales presentations in order to hit required performance metrics
- Sell Parts, Retail Service and Aftermarket Solutions
- Create and execute quotes and invoices
- Follow required SOP’s for the entry or orders into DMS
- Communicate and follow-up with Parts Coordinators and Service Managers regarding parts/work sold
- Conduct contract reviews annually.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of pricing for parts bids.
- Email and Fax invoices when customers request a copy.
- All others duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent Telephone and Customer Service Skills
- Ability to Multi-task
- Automotive industry/parts background a plus
- Parts Sales experience a plus
- Automotive experience a plus
- Organization
- Intermediate Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
Physical Requirements:
- Should be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, sit, and move throughout the office as needed
- Must have a valid drivers license in good standing
