We are looking for a Regional Manager with an active RN license for our Virginia market. The ideal candidate will have an active RN license, live in the VA area, be willing to travel significantly and have multi-site healthcare experience. The Regional Manager will manage the Health Services Administrator (HSA) in each facility and ensure we are meeting contractual obligations while delivering best in class services. The Regional Manager will provide motivation, coaching and oversight for contracted sites within the Region. This position will report to the Director of Clinical Operations and requires significant travel (~75%+).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Builds working relationship with clients and Mediko staff
• Ensures site compliance with contract requirements and state standards
• Drives audits of MEDIKO policies and procedures and gathers metrics
• Drives best practices and continually seeks to deliver world class services
• Delivers monthly updates and quarterly business reviews to corporate leadership team
• Proactively participates in recruitment/retention strategy in and across assigned sites
• Manages hourly budgets related to assigned sites

Position qualifications and requirements:

• Healthcare management experience is required
• Active RN license is required
• Masters degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
• Multi-site management experience preferred
• Correctional healthcare management experience preferred
• Security clearance required by applicable jurisdictions
• Travel required (~75%+)
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel overnight
• COVID 19 vaccination required
