Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Regional Director of Property Management position.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and training the Directors of Physical Plant Services for communities within the assigned region. Performs community safety inspections and ensures community compliance with life safety systems. Oversees the apartment renovation process and coordinates work activities of internal design or maintenance staff, or contractors and subcontractors, to ensure satisfactory delivery of assigned capital improvement and maintenance projects. Ensures proper maintenance and repair of all aspects of the physical plant including Planned Preventive Maintenance Systems (PPMS). Supports the communities and the Director of Construction in maintaining a cohesive and integrated planned capital improvement program.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of five years' experience in facility management or related field
  • General knowledge of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and life safety systems
  • General knowledge of reading and interpreting construction blueprints
  • Technical knowledge of residential construction
