Job Description
We have a rare opportunity for an experienced individual that can transfer their skills to an office
environment to assist our customers remotely as a Refrigeration Equipment Technician.
This individual must obtain a minimum of 1 year experience in Refrigeration/HVAC or Electrical systems to successfully perform the duties of a Refrigeration Equipment Technician. They will bring their skills to an office environment where they will have the opportunity to assist our customers remotely and on if necessary on sight. Our expectation is to provide exceptional customer service, and help support our mission.
Key Accountabilities
- Our Refrigeration Equipment Techs are responsible for diagnosing, repairing and servicing equipment.
- Provide technical support to our customers; dealers and contractors via phone and/or e-mail.
- Understanding of refrigeration and Electrical systems
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical instruction
- Demonstrates collaborative skills and ability to work well within an office environment
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
Skills and Abilities
- Refrigeration and electrical background (required) 1-5 years experience
- EPA license and or certifications (Preferred)
- Bilingual Spanish/ English (Preferred)
- Good Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication Skills and Abilities
- Experience with CRM, QuickBooks systems (Preferred)
