Job Summary:

The Recruitment Coordinator provides support to the Medical Staff Services team through a wide variety of organizational, as well as operational duties and supports the mission and functions of Froedtert Health. The Recruitment Coordinator works with department leaders, managers, recruiters, recruitment liaisons and other staff to coordinate Physicians' and APP's onsite visits and orientation. This role requires active participation in weekly recruitment meetings and strategy sessions. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

Minimum of two years in recruitment or another functional area of Human Resources is required.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

High School diploma or equivalent is required.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

This position requires the ability to handle a fast paced environment, changing deadlines, and the ability to build strong and effective relationships both directly and virtually. Exhibits a professional and confident demeanor; Demonstrates strong organizational skills; Demonstrates ability to think analytically and strategically; Demonstrates familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; Possess excellent telephone and email etiquette and works well independently and with a team. Exhibits strong listening skills
