VITAL Healthcare Jobs is a flexible staffing solution provider supporting the Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care sector. We are excited to add another position to our growing team: Recruiting and Social Media Coordinator. In this role, you'll work closely with the Director of Operations to identify and assess talent. You'll be instrumental in communicating with the public, prospective employees, and our existing customer and employee base. This position is a key resource for a segment of our market where we are in growth mode.
This position could be ideal for a college student pursuing a marketing, communications, HR, healthcare administration, or clinical degree. We're looking for someone with social media experience whose oral and written communication skills are exceptional. We would love it if you have been involved in any aspect of the recruiting and hiring process – and can demonstrate a high level of comfort with reaching out to candidates from various sources.
This position is based in Oklahoma City and primarily worked from our office. Compensation is commensurate with your experience level.
