The responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator require a keen understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, specific procedures and organizational skills within the industry. Being a production role with quotas and deadlines to meet on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, we are looking for an extroverted individual that can work well under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Sourcing candidates through networking, job boards, employee referrals, social media and active applicants
- Conducting a high volume of applicant phone screens
- Setting up/scheduling interviews
- Conducting Face-to-Face Interviews
- Must be able to work nights and weekends on occasion
- Must be able to attend out of office social networking events outside of normal business hours
- Coordinating background checks
- Assisting with Career Nights and College Career Fairs
- Data tracking for employee referrals, hiring sources, reports, calls, interviews, etc..
- Coordinating orientation schedules with new hires, training, and HR
- Maintain proper business acumen and business professional attire/appearance
- Attending Sales/Marketing Meetings
Job Qualifications:
- College Degree or applicable professional experience is preferred
- Between 6 to 12 months of recruiting and a consistent work history in sales and/or marketing is preferred and will be considered immediately
- High Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Proficient in Database navigation
- Must have experience in navigating and networking through LinkedIn and other similar social media outlets
- Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Accurate and expedient proofreading ability
- Self-motivated to set priorities, meet quotas, and work with limited direction/supervision
- Temporary travel may be required
Compensation, Benefits, and Training:

Generally starting at $24.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.

Compensation
During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $24.00 plus commissions and bonuses. After the initial training period, the compensation is the state’s minimum wage per hour, plus commissions and bonuses.Where Memories Start with You
