Technical RecruiterConvene is looking to hire a Technical Recruiter with experience recruiting for highly technical or IT related positions to support our expanding market. Summary:
As a Technical Recruiter you will be responsible for delivering excellence to our clients by building relationships through consistent delivery of qualified consultants. Proactively source and qualify active and passive candidates while supporting Convene’s global geographic delivery model. You will be working with colleagues and clients representing the values of Convene.
Primary responsibilities:
- Maintain professional communication with prospective candidates to nurture long-term relationships.
- Draw upon a proven recruiting background to identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial identification through offer acceptance. Recruiting cycle includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and negotiating compensation.
- Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location basis.
- Ability and experience to articulate complex and in-depth concepts along with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple searches, across multi disciplines.
- Demonstrated track record in creative and cost-effective recruiting, with a track record of hiring outstanding talent.
- Strong knowledge of and experience within a fast-paced, challenging recruiting environment.
- Excellent computer and communication skills.
- Must possess a sincere, outgoing manner that inspires trust, confidence, and respect.
- Two years proactive recruiting experience to include sourcing, screening and interviewing.
- Must possess initiative, independence and excellent follow through.
- Requires well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to be flexible with work hours when needed to meet recruitment needs.
- Must be able to function with minimal supervision.
- Recruiting in a solutions delivery based organization a must.
- List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels
- Establish and maintain job postings
- Know and support the policies and goals of Convene, Inc.
- And other duties as necessary.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of experience recruiting at a high profile technology company
- Experience and deep understanding of software technology hiring requirements
- Keen knowledge of competitive technical markets as well as industry specific related data to facilitate in direct sourcing efforts
- Must have a clear understanding of the recruiting process and the importance of the candidate and hiring manager experience and willingness to enhance processes to provide a stronger experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full life-cycle recruitment process, deep sourcing and meeting deadlines
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
- Exceptional organization skills with high attention to detail
