Lion Rock Properties is seeking an individual to help with the busy array of everyday tasks for the incoming growth of the company. The Real Estate and Rental Market are very busy this time of year and we are need of assistance to help with the following:

•Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing appropriately.
•Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls/emails while providing basic information when needed.
•Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
•Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments as needed.
•Perform follow ups as needed for phone calls/emails.
•Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc. as needed.

Requirements:
•Proven working experience in similar roles.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office.
•Professional appearance.
•Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
•Organization skills.
•Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
•Ability to organize, prioritize and work efficiently.
•High school degree.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Saint Louis Park, MN 55416: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
