Receptionist/ Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Answer Incoming calls
  • Greet customers
  • Process customer payments
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention
  • Maintain knowledge of insurance products, procedures, and processes for aiding customers.
  • Continuous training and professional development and advancement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Licensing – Must obtain property & casualty licenses, within six months of employment.
  • Judgment –Able to understand the needs of the customer and provide appropriate insurance options based on the customer’s needs and overall goals.
  • Reliability – Top-notch organizational skills with great attention placed on detail. Committed to taking ownership of assigned tasks and performing in a manner to achieve and exceed desired results.
  • Dependability and Adaptability- Punctuality and regular attendance. Must be able to quickly adapt to new or changing situations.
  • Communication, Cooperation and Teamwork – Excellent oral and written communication skills. Able to work independently and with co-workers in an environment that contributes to agency success.
  • Customer Relations – Continuous focus on achieving customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by responding appropriately to all concerns and request

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
