This position is located at our Liquidation facility in Lynwood, California.

Job Description

The Receptionist position is a key role representing the company by offering customer service and sales support. They will maintain an office setting running smoothly and efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Receive/greet new & existing customers.
  • Assist with touch screen registrations and gathering of all the relevant information needed
  • Assign new walk-ins to the relevant AM and ensure they are attended to in a timely manner. Guide new walk-ins to the showroom.
  • Answer the phone and direct calls as need be.
  • Take and relay messages as need be in a timely manner
  • Ensure knowledge of team movements (both in & out).
  • Tidy and maintain reception and invoicing area
  • Receive incoming mail and distribute accordingly
  • Help with administrative assignments from accounting and sales
  • Answer our company WhatApp chats
