Job description

• Responsible for routing outbound freight to assure delivery as required.
• Maintains shipping and receiving logs and maintains files of shipping records.
• Takes finished orders after final quality control inspection and wraps and packs in containers as per required standards.
• Prepares packing lists, bills of lading, and other shipping documentation as necessary.
• Assists in loading and unloading of all delivery trucks.
• Assures compliance with workplace safety procedures.
• Receives and inspects external packaging of all incoming shipments. Notifies delivery personnel of any apparent shipping damage and proceeds accordingly.
• Reviews incoming packing lists and logs and routes to receiving inspection area.
• Receives and processes returned goods shipments; completes and forwards return goods authorization (RGA) paperwork. Routes service/repair shipments to Customer Service.

Skills & Experience

• School Diploma/GED
• At least 1-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• History of ability to manage multiple projects with various priorities simultaneously with success
• High level of urgency to provide World Class results for DuraPlas, Inc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
