We are looking for an experienced agent to help mentor new and seasoned agents. We provide agents and in-school leads to the coaching program. This is a great way to grow your real estate team alongside the coaching program. Give agents the opportunity to gain industry experience by letting them help you grow your team. Compensation:$90,000 - $130,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:- Contracts
- Teach database and COI marketing
- Command training
- Train 1-3-5 and 4-1-1
- Coaching
- Group Coaching
- Teach lead gen
- Weekly accountability
- Ability to teach sales scripts mastery
- Actively sells
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Real Estate sales experience
- 10+ completed transactions searchable in the MLS preferred
- Team player
- Coachable and trainable
- Desire to grow personal Real Estate business
- Commission opportunity
- Good communication
- Attend ongoing KW training and events
