Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and assist clients in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose real-time, creative solutions to suit their needs
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, and related real estate matters with the upmost integrity and discretion
• Perform comps for market analysis to estimate properties' value
• Display and market property to prospective buyers
• Prepare all necessary paperwork including contracts, leases, and other applicable agreements
• Maintain and update listings with available properties
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven working experience in related fields, sales and/or academic experience
• Ability to work independently combined with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Emphasis on strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Real Estate Agent License or in process of completing classes

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $57,072.47 - $193,207.09 per year
