We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the local real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients. The successful candidate should be able to provide guidance and advice to clients on buying and selling properties, negotiating contracts, and managing transactions. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping people find their dream homes and is committed to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain knowledge of current real estate market trends and conditions.
• Provide advice to clients on how to price their home, prepare it for sale, and market it.
• Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients.
• Keep up-to-date with local zoning laws and regulations.
• Develop relationships with potential buyers and sellers.
• Prepare paperwork for closing transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions.

Pay: $97,737.00 - $116,771.00 per year
