As part of Manufacturing, you’ll use your skills, our systems and a wide array of raw materials to help create the delicious finished products our consumers love. While taking ownership in your area of work, you’ll also ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues while producing our top-quality products reliably and efficiently within our integrated supply chain.
Your main role will be to Support quality program including but not limited to Internal Auditing, GMPs, Hold and Release, Pre-startup inspections, Traceability, Material Verification, Document Control, HACCP, Product Commercialization, Corrective and Preventive Actions.
The duties may include (but are not limited to):
- Perform GMP inspections
- Perform incoming ingredient review and release and execute supplier non-conformance process
- Execute Retention Samples, Quality documentation program and Archives
- Perform documentation review to ensure compliance to food safety and quality programs
- Execute Environmental Program and water sample collection
- Provide support for customer complaint investigations and tracking.
- Provide support to perform foreign substance / HACCP deviation investigation
- Provide support for Hold and Release program execution
- Execute the internal verification/calibration program for the lab and quality equipment and maintain related documentation.
- Execute Glass and Brittle Plastic Program
- Provide support to perform the pre-operational inspection of the production line and other equipment.
- Provide support to operation for the proper usage of IQS
- Participate to the Food Safety, Quality and Compliance training of other employees
- Support and follow all relevant GMP, Food Safety, Safety policies and procedures
- Support Internal audit and external audit
- Participate to Additional Quality and Sanitation duties as assigned to meet business needs

- A relevant scientific discipline
- Competency in the use of generic and specific software packages required for the role including MS Office applications
- Basic lab equipment, preferably with work experience in a scientific environment
- Attending to detail, following written instructions and working on multiple activities concurrently
- Accountability, honesty, hardworking, flexibility and adaptability, and working efficiently on a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills

Schedule:
Flexible to work on any shift (afternoon/midnight/weekends)
1st Shift – 7 AM to 3 PM
2nd Shift – 3 PM to 11 PM
3rd shift – 11 PM to 7 AM
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma (required)
- Sciences background (preferred)
- Manufacturing experience (required)
- Food Manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Experience in Quality Systems management in Food Industry required (i.e. HACCP, FSSC, ISO)
- Computer Skills required (Microsoft Office, SAP)
- Ability to operate effectively in a customer focused, fast paced team environment
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal direction.
- Possess problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize work and meet required deadlines
- Ability to work with a team to meet goals.
